After placing your order, I will email you directly to discuss the design of your controller. I will provide a mock-up if there are is any confusion with your design requests. I will let you know what is (and isnt, if applicable) possible upon receiving your design request. I can help offer ideas or creative freedom based on your requests if help is needed. Creation process will begin after design is approved by both parties and I return home from Seoul the beginning of December. Please understand my email correspondence may not align with your time zone because of this!

Estimated completion time of the commission is slated for the end of February. This is due to the busy holiday season and my existing made to order controllers and rush order list that will need to be prioritized still - should the process extend too long after the estimated completion time mentioned above you will be qualified for a partial refund.

We have the right to deny any artwork requested (offensive or hurtful themes, fan art/unofficial work as we will need permission from the artist.)
